The Alentejo Coast is one of the most beautiful regions in Portugal and the world. For those who enjoy water sports, exploring the unknown and appreciating nature, Vila Nova de Milfontes offers the best conditions for practicing Wing Foil, SUP Foil and Surf Foil in Portugal.<\/p>\n

Our school, certified by the Portuguese Surfing Federation, has been open to the public since 2017. Initially we only offered SUP lessons, but we evolved and created Foil Milfontes, a part of SW SUP exclusively dedicated to foiling. Our classes are aimed at both beginners and advanced practitioners, both in calm waters and in waves, always guaranteeing our clients a safe and enriching experience.<\/p>\n

Ant\u00f3nio Pereira<\/h3>

Born and raised on the Alentejo coast, he started practicing water sports at the age of 10, where surfing has been practiced intensively from the age of 13 until now.
Practicing Foil intensively in all its aspects since 2020, Ant\u00f3nio transmits his passion and experience at sea to all those who visit us and want to learn more and evolve in the sport.
Ant\u00f3nio is also an IPDJ-accredited surf coach and Stand Up Paddle instructor.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Antoine Badin<\/h3>

Born and raised in the French Alps, he discovered kitesurfing and surfing at the age of 12.
After his studies, he moved to the ocean coast to pursue his passion for water sports, teaching surfing and kitesurfing.
He started foiling in 2014 and moved to Portugal two years later.
