SUP FOIL LESSONS

SUP Foil lessons are suitable for intermediate and advanced level stand up paddle surfers who want to learn how to foil.
Moving around other users with a foilboard in the water is an heavy responsibility.
If you don’t have experience catching waves on a SUP, we will offer you stand up paddle lessons to make you confident at riding waves before going out there on a foil.
The coach is foiling with you to demonstrate everything and assist you live.
Initiation to SUP foiling :
- Gearing up -setting up the foil on the board
- Presentation of the spot, learning how to assess the conditions and approach the waves on a foilboard,
- Foil-specific safety rules and responsability in the water
- Learning to paddle with a hydrofoil in still water
- Paddling out to the lineup – catch your first waves and first takeoffs.
- Knowing how to choose the right equipment and conditions for SUP foiling.
