Foil Milfontes is committed to providing its customers with a safe and quality experience. However, due to the nature of the activities offered, there are situations in which the cancellation or rescheduling of activities may be necessary.

1. Weather conditions The safety of our customers is our priority. In the event of adverse weather conditions, the Foil Milfontes instructors may decide to cancel the activity. In these cases:

  • The customer will be notified as far in advance as possible.
  • It will be possible to reschedule the activity for a later date, depending on availability.

2. Cancellation by the Customer If the customer decides to cancel their participation, the following conditions apply:

  • No-show: The deposit paid will not be refunded if the client does not show up on the scheduled date and time.
  • Early Cancellation: If cancellation is requested at least 24 hours in advance, a voucher will be issued for the amount of the deposit, which can be used for a future booking, subject to availability.

3. Cancellation for security reasons The Foil Milfontes reserves the right to cancel the activity immediately if participants do not comply with the safety rules laid down by the instructors. In this case, no refund or voucher will be issued.

4. Refund Policy A full refund will only be made in cases where the activity is canceled for reasons of force majeure beyond the control of the client and Foil Milfontes, such as extreme weather conditions or technical problems with the equipment.
